Kiara features a large number of residential condominiums interspersed with office complexes
and shopping complexes. The township is strategically located near main other notable prestigious
townships such as Bangsar, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Damansara Heights and Sri Hartamas. Linking Mont Kiara to nearby townships are the various highways such as the North Klang Valley Expressway, Penchala Link, Sprint Highway and the relatively new Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway.

Housed within this bustling township is the famous Plaza Mont Kiara, which is a resort styled office- retail complex. The plaza is irresistible to the expatriate population and as many as 30 nationalities call this place their home. With such a large number of nationalities making this place their home away from home, Mont Kiara promises to be a melting pot of cultures and identities.
