Since the completion of the Petronas Twin Towers in 1998, the surrounding areas have become the epicentre of Kuala Lumpur, home to major Multinational Corporations, Banks and businesses. Accompanying this thriving city are a host of five and four star hotels, shopping malls (Suria KLCC, Pavillion, Star Hill Gallery etc) and entertainment outlets all within walking distance of each other.

The main thoroughfares are Jalan Ampang, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Tun Razak. All buildings are within walking distance to a Monorail or LRT station which is connected to KL Sentral, the transportation hub of Kuala Lumpur.
