2% or 3% or others upon booking – signing of letter of offer to
purchase
100% Purchase Price 8% or 7% or balance 10% to be paid upon signing Sale and
Purchase Agreement
90% within 3 months from (a) Date of S&P (property with title
with restriction)
(b) Date of State Authority’s
Consent (property with title with
restriction)
(c) Date of Developer’s Consent
(without title, without restriction)
(d) Date of Developer’s or State
Authority’s consent, whichever will be
later (without title, with restriction of
which SA consent is required
(e) Date of receipt of Memorandum of
Transfer duly executed by Developer
(direct transfer)
